Circular’s products, including the Circular Ring, Circular Ring 2, and associated technologies (e.g., ECG functionality, health tracking algorithms, and AI-driven insights), are protected by one or more patents or patent applications filed in the United States, Europe, and other jurisdictions. Additionally, Circular has entered into a multi-year patent license agreement with Oura Health Oy, granting Circular access to Oura’s patented technologies related to smart ring form factors, health tracking, and readiness scores.
